The Company announces that on 13 October 2011 its Employee Share Option Plan ("ESOP") acquired 150,000 ordinary shares at a price of 340p per share. Following this purchase the ESOP holds 1,749,317 ordinary shares in the Company representing 6.51% of the Company's issued share capital.
