The Board of Civitas Social Housing PLC (ticker: CSH.L) announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 17 May 2017 at 10.00 am at 3 More London Riverside, London SE1 2AQ.

A copy has been lodged with the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.
