Result of General Meeting

The Company is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting ("GM") held today, the resolution, as set out in the Notice of GM, was passed by the requisite majority. The resolution put to the GM was voted on by way of a poll.

The result of the poll for the resolution was as follows:
