Commencement of Drilling at the Dalli Gold/Copper Project in Iran
Persian Gold (AIM:PNG), the AIM listed gold explorer focused on Iran, is pleased
to announce that its diamond drilling programme has started on the Dalli
porphyry gold and copper prospect 200kms southwest of Tehran in Iran. The
drilling is expected to take up to 6 weeks to complete and will test the strong
gold and copper mineralisation previously discovered in two centres at the
surface.
Persian Gold holds an option to acquire 70% of the Dalli project with the
remainder held by a local Iranian company.
