In respect of the appointment of Jamie Cayzer-Colvin as Non Executive Director,
under paragraphs 9.6.13 (1) of the UKLA Listing Rules Mr Cayzer-Colvin has
disclosed that he is currently a director of the Caledonia Investments plc,
India Capital Growth Fund Limited and Polar Capital Holdings PLC. He was also a
director of Rathbone Brothers plc until 1st December, 2007. There are no other
details requiring disclosure under 9.6.11 to 15 under the UKLA Listing Rules.
