                  Glen Group strengthens it's Management Team

Edinburgh based Glen Group plc, the AIM listed IT and communications integration
business, announces the appointment of Craig Saunderson as Head of Sales to its
operating company, Glen Communications Ltd.

Mr Saunderson, previously Corporate Sales Manager at Enline plc where he ran the
direct sales team, is experienced in winning and managing IT and communication
contracts and will drive Glen's sales programme as it continues to expand south
from Scotland into Northern England. Craig will be based in Sheffield.

The move follows Glen's recruitment drive announced earlier this year, and means
the Group is now well placed to increase its sales and management of integrated
IT and communications products and services, with a particular emphasis on
Internet Protocol (IP) technologies, targeted at the SME market.

Glen also intends expanding its operations through acquisitions into related
services and into other geographic areas when suitable target companies have
been identified.

Commenting on the appointment, Graham J Duncan, Glen's Chief Executive
commented:

'Craig brings a great deal of experience to the Group, having previously secured
business from the SME market and from a number of major UK companies including
Network Rail, British Aerospace, Diageo, Co-operative Financial and Pinsent
Masons. This experience will be invaluable as we continue to expand our sales
operation and I'm very much looking forward to working with him to accelerate
the growth of Glen.'

• IT Solutions

Glen offers a full range of IT solutions for its clients' voice, data and video
needs.

• Broadband Voice (VoIP)

Broadband voice is a step-change technology that allows voice to travel over
data networks. The Group offers a suite of products available from a range of
suppliers that allows the integration of voice services onto customers'
broadband networks, with a particular emphasis on hosted IP voice solutions.

• Mobile

The Group offers an account management service that manages customers' mobile
accounts with any of the five mobile networks in the UK.

• Internet Service Provision

The Group offers a range of ISP services from business class suppliers using
dial-up, ISDN, ADSL and SDSL broadband.

• Telecom Solutions

The Group offers a wide range of telecoms-specific services, including advice on
CPS and traditional voice-based technologies. In addition, Glen Communications
owns and operates two branded prepaid phone card services: The 'Pumpkin' card
and the 'Scotland Phonecard'

• Tracking

The Group offers a mobile SIM tracking service, which allows business customers
to track, their mobile assets by polling the SIM card in a mobile phone or
mobile device.

• Wireless

Glen can provide a wide range of wireless solutions (WiFi) for company local
area networks (LANs)
