The Company was notified yesterday that on 7th August 2013, Alan J Bonner, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 28,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at £0.18p per share.

Subsequent to this purchase Mr. Bonner has a total beneficial interest in 2,275,224 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.12 per cent of the current issued share capital of the Company.
