Director Dealings

The Company was notified yesterday that on 18^th March 2014, Nicholas Scallan, Chief Executive Officer Designate, sold 96,009 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at 12 pence per share and subsequently bought back 95,169 ordinary shares for the benefit of his ISA account at 12.031 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Nicholas Scallan's total interest in the issued share capital of the Company is now 101,725 Ordinary Shares representing 0.27% of the issued share capital of the Company
