                Doc re Acquisition of Eclectic Holdings Limited

Further to the announcement made earlier today regarding the proposed
acquisition of Eclectic Holdings Limited, the Company confirms that it has today
published and is posting to shareholders an admission document containing full
details of the acquisition and convening an extraordinary general meeting for
2.30 p.m. on 13 February 2006.

In addition, the Company is also sending today to shareholders its report and
accounts for the year ended 30 September 2005.

The Company has requested the London Stock Exchange to recommence trading in the
ordinary shares on AIM.

Further copies of the admission document and report and accounts can be
obtained, during normal business hours, from the offices of Seymour Pierce,
Bucklersbury House, 3 Queen Victoria Street, London EC4N 8EL from today until
until at least one month after admission.
