The Company was advised on 1 February 2011, that Surit Patel has sold a total of 800,000 shares in the Company, reducing his holding to 74,556,571 ordinary shares, representing 3.99% of the issued share capital.
The Company was also advised on 1 February 2011, that Jofi Alexander has sold a total of 13,000,000 shares in the Company, reducing his holding to 62,356,571 ordinary shares, representing 3.34% of the issued share capital.
For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of shares in Pinnacle Telecom Group plc in issue at the date of this notice is as follows:
