Placing to raise £350,000
The Company is pleased to announce that it has issued 100,000,000 new ordinary
shares of 0.1p each at 0.35p per share to raise £350,000, before expenses. The
Company is in advanced discussions to make several acquisitions which are
complementary to the Company's existing businesses and the net funds raised are
expected to be used in connection with the financing of one or more of those
acquisitions and to meet associated expenses.
The new shares will rank pari passu with other ordinary shares and application
has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM on 18
May 2007.
