Adept4 plc, the provider of "IT as a service" to small and medium sized businesses across the UK announces the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending 30 September 2016, together with the Notice of AGM, has today been posted to shareholders. Copies of these documents are also available on the Company's website at www.adept4plc.co.uk.

The Annual General Meeting is to be held at 1.00 p.m. on 29 March 2017 at the offices of
DAC Beachcroft, 100 Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1BN.
