Copies of these documents are also available on the Company's website at www.adept4plc.co.uk.

The Annual General Meeting is to be held at 1.00 p.m. on 29 March 2018 at the offices of
DAC Beachcroft, 100 Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1BN.
