Result of Annual General Meeting
At the annual general meeting of the Company held today, all resolutions
proposed were duly passed.
Result of Extraordinary General Meeting
On 2 February 2007, the Company announced the proposed reorganisation of its
share capital and placing of 100,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each. At an
extraordinary general meeting of the Company held today, the resolutions to
approve the reorganisation and therefore permit the placing to proceed were duly
passed.
It is expected that the new ordinary shares of 0.1p each issued pursuant to the
placing and arising from the reorganisation will be admitted to trading on the
AIM market of the London Stock Exchange on 27 February 2007.
