CLS HOLDINGS plc ('CLS')

Additional listing

Application has today been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing
Authority for a block listing of 1,800,000 ordinary shares at 25p each to be
admitted to the official list.

These shares will pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.

One million of these ordinary shares are to be issued for future exercise
options under the company's unapproved option scheme and 800,000 of these shares
are to be issued for future exercise of option under the company's approved
share option scheme.
