Pursuant to CLS's Executive Share Option Scheme, options over 90,000 Ordinary
Shares of 25 pence each have been exercised.


Accordingly, application has been made to the Financial Services Authority for
these shares to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock
Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading.


These Ordinary Shares rank pari pasu with the existing issued shares of CLS.
