ANNOUNCES NEW LETTINGS
AT SOLNA BUSINESS PARK
STOCKHOLM
The Board of CLS is pleased to announce completion of three further lettings
at Solna Business Park.
A total of 3,132 sq m (33,700 sq ft) of mixed office, warehouse and light
industrial space has been let at an aggregate annual rent of SEK 3,097,990
(£228,809), an increase of over 50% above the rents at which these areas had
previously been let.
Executive Chairman, Sten Mortstedt, said :
'This demonstrates the strength of the letting market in the area and the
rental levels achieved will further increase the capital value of our
investment.'
