Completion of acquisition of a portfolio of twelve properties in Germany

Further to the announcement made on 14 June 2017 regarding the exchange of contracts to acquire a portfolio of twelve properties in Germany for cash consideration of €148 million (£135 million) (the "Acquisition"), the Company confirms that the Acquisition has now completed.
