Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person

The Company announces that it received notification:

1.    on 9 March 2012 that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at prices between 621 and 630 pence per Ordinary Share on 9 March 2012.  

Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those held in Trust, is 24,008,169 Ordinary Shares (53.41%).

2.    on 9 March 2012 that Thomas Lundqvist, Director of the Company purchased 1,200 Ordinary Shares at 629 pence per Ordinary Share on 9 March 2012.

Following this transaction, Mr Lundqvist's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 80,420 Ordinary Shares (0.18%).
