Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person

The Company announces that it was notified on 10 May 2011 that the Trust established for the benefit of Karin Mortstedt, the wife of Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company and therefore a connected person, purchased 5,418 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 650 pence per Ordinary Share on 9 May 2011. 

Following this transaction, the interest of Mr Mortstedt, combined with the interest of Mrs Mortstedt, in the Company following this transaction is 24,292,983 Ordinary Shares (53.28%).
