Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Person

The Company announces that it was notified on 22 April 2013 that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 173 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 880 pence per Ordinary Share on 22 April 2013.

Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those held in Trust, is 23,177,836 Ordinary Shares (53.52%).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Mr Mortstedt's interest referred to above includes those Ordinary Shares that are to be sold pursuant to the Tender Offer (as set out in the Circular dated 15 March 2013), which is expected to complete on 26 April 2013.
