CLS Holdings plc ('the Company')

In accordance with paragraph 16.3 of the Listing Rules I write to inform you
that on 30 October Thomas Lundqvist, a director of the Company, purchased 5,000
ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company at a price of 207 pence per
share and on the same date purchased a further 5,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence
each in the capital of the Company at 209 pence per share.

Thomas Lundqvist is now interest in 113,414 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in
the capital of the Company.
