Director's Purchase and sale of Option Shares

Glyn Hirsch has exercised options for 1,069,000 shares in the Company.  One
million were exercised at a price of 97 pence per share and 69,000 at a price of
166.66 pence per share.

He immediately sold 669,000 shares at a price of 246 pence per share and will
retain the balance of 400,000 of the option shares.

His total share holding in the Company is now 419,231 shares.
