CLS Holdings plc ('the Company') announces that yesterday Dan Baverstam
acquired 800 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 227 pence per share.
Consequently Mr. Baverstam has a beneficial interest in 37,510 ordinary
shares, representing approximately 0.04 per cent. of the issued ordinary share
capital of the Company.
