CLS Holdings PLC 12 September 2002 CLS HOLDINGS PLC APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR CLS Holdings plc ('CLS') announces the appointment to the board of Anna Seeley (31, nee Mortstedt) as Group Property Director with effect from 11 September 2002. Anna began her career as a Graduate Surveyor with Chesterton plc before moving to CLS (in December 1997) as a senior surveyor. In March 1999 she joined General Electric as Manager of Real Estate for the UK and Nordic regions and in October 2000 she moved to British Telecommunications plc ('BT') as European Real Estate Manager. At both General Electric and BT she was responsible for commercial property matters including transactional work relating to the acquisition and disposal of commercial property, preparing and presenting co-location and consolidation solutions and sourcing appropriate service providers. At CLS she will work closely with the regional property directors and the Group Property Development Director to develop, communicate and implement a medium to long term group property strategy with the aim of enhancing value. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Property Valuation and Finance and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. She has not held any other directorships in publicly quoted companies at any time in the previous five years. Anna Seeley is the daughter of Sten Mortstedt, the Executive Chairman of CLS.
