                    DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST IN VOTING SHARES

We write to advise you that following the sale of 300,000 shares, Govett
Strategic Investment Trust PLC has an interest in 3,740,000 ordinary shares of
25 pence each in the share capital of CLS Holdings PLC, which represents 3.9% of
the 96,789,740 shares we believe to be in issue.

The shares are registered in the name of Chase Nominees Limited.
