2002, Govett Strategic Investment Trust PLC has an interest in 2,790,110
ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the share capital of CLS Holdings PLC, which
represents 2.88% of the 96,789,740 shares we believe to be in issue.

The shares are registered in the name of Chase Nominees Limited.
