CLS HOLDINGS PLC ('CLS')
ANNOUNCES INCREASED RENT AT
NEW PRINTING HOUSE SQUARE
CLS has agreed with the Secretary of State as tenant of New Printing House
Square, 214/236 Grays Inn Road, London, WC1 a revised rent of £5,400,000 with
effect from
1 July 2000, the date of the last rent review.
This represents an increase of £664,000 per annum above the rent previously
payable of £4,736,000 per annum.
The arrears of rent from the date of the review amounting to over £1,115,000 are
due to be paid on 25 March 2002. As no increased rent was accrued for either
2000 or 2001, the whole of this amout will be treated as income in 2002.
