Increased Rent

CLS Holdings PLC 2 April 2002 CLS HOLDINGS PLC ('CLS') ANNOUNCES INCREASED RENT AT NEW PRINTING HOUSE SQUARE CLS has agreed with the Secretary of State as tenant of New Printing House Square, 214/236 Grays Inn Road, London, WC1 a revised rent of £5,400,000 with effect from 1 July 2000, the date of the last rent review. This represents an increase of £664,000 per annum above the rent previously payable of £4,736,000 per annum. The arrears of rent from the date of the review amounting to over £1,115,000 are due to be paid on 25 March 2002.
