CLS Holdings PLC 09 September 2003 Embargoed: 0700hrs 9 September 2003 CLS HOLDINGS PLC ('CLS') SECURES PLANNING CONSENT FOR ADDITIONAL SPRING GARDENS DEVELOPMENT CLS is pleased to announce that it has been granted detailed planning permission and conservation area consent for a mixed use scheme totalling 7,446 sq m (80,143 sq ft) net internal area, at Tinworth Street, London SE11, immediately adjacent to its 15,144 sq m (163,000 sq ft) Spring Gardens development which is fully let to the UK Government. The central focal point of the scheme is a striking self contained building providing 6,412 sq m (69,030 sq ft) of fully specified offices. Other properties provide 159 sq m (1,700 sq ft) of retail, 373 sq m (4,013 sq ft) of restaurant space and six residential apartments totalling 502 sq m (5,400 sq ft).
