Offices totalling 1,380 sq m (14,855 sq ft) in the ground floor of the building known as Frasaren 11 have been let to MZ Travel AB for a period of five years from 1 January 2003 at an annual rent of SEK 1,850 per sq m (£12.29 per sq ft). In other buildings owned by CLS at Solna Business Park the Department of Occupational Safety and Health has extended its lease on 2,212 sq m (23,811 sq ft) of offices, for another three years until September 2005 at a rent of SEK 1,550 per sq m (£10.30 per sq ft), which represents an increased rent of 72%; and InterNordia/TeleDanmark has also extended its lease for another three years, until September 2005 on 4,419 sq m (47,567 sq ft) of offices, and also taken additional space of 1,000 sq m (10,764 sq ft), at a rent of SEK 1,325 per sq m (£8.80per sq ft), which represents an increased rent, excluding the additional space, of 45%. Executive Chairman, Sten Mortstedt, said: 'We welcome MZ Travel AB as a tenant in Solna Business Park, especially as they will increase the range of business services available in the area. 14,130 sq m (152,099 sq ft) of Frasaren 11 is now let, representing 39% of the net lettable area.
