CLS Holdings plc ('the Company') 

On 11th September 2001 the Company purchased 25,000 ordinary shares at 228p per 
share under its existing authority to make market purchases. Following the 
cancellation of these 25,000 ordinary shares the Company's issued share capital 
will stand at 106,853,493.
