Purchase of Own Shares

On 30 December 2002 CLS purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares at 209p per share under
its existing authority to make market purchases. Following the cancellation of
these 50,000 Ordinary Shares, CLS's issued share capital will stand at
94,154,431 Ordinary Shares.
