Offices totaling 1,490 sq m (16,038 sq ft) in the extended and newly refurbished property Frasaren 11 have been let to EuroMaint AB from 1st May 2003 to 30th September 2008 at an annual headline rent of SEK 2,100 per sq m (£13.69 per sq ft) plus indexation. Initial rent (following a rent free period of eight months) is SEK 1,800 per sq m (£11.73 per sq ft), increasing annually on 30th September by SEK 100 per sq m (£0.65 per sq ft). EuroMaint AB is a Swedish state-owned company involved in mechanical engineering and maintenance.
