CLS HOLDINGS PLC ANNOUNCES INCREASED RENTS AT CHANCEL HOUSE, INGRAM HOUSE
AND AT RUEIL 2000, PARIS
The Board of CLS Holdings plc is pleased to announce the completion of three
new lettings.
Trillium (Prince) Property GP Ltd has taken a new lease of 4,366 sq m (46,997
sq ft) at Chancel House for a term of 16 years and 3 months from 25 December
2001 at an initial rent of £430,740 p.a. (£98.65 per sq m, £9.16 per sq ft),
with upwards only RPI linked rent reviews every 5 years. This is an increase
of 32 per cent over the previous rent of £326,566 p.a. The property will
continue to be occupied by the Department of Works and Pensions.
CLS has re-let the fifth floor of Ingram House to Property Intelligence plc
for a term expiring in April 2003 at a rent of £82,886 p.a. (£522 per sq m,
£48.50 per sq ft), an increase of 93 per cent over the previous rent of
£28,320 p.a.
Finally, at Rueil 2000, 15/21 Avenue Edouard Belin, 92500 Rueil Malmaison,
Paris, Cardif S.A. (B.N.P. Paribas Group) has taken a new institutional lease
of 419 sq m (4,510 sq ft) at an annual rent of FRF 873,615 (£83,201), FRF
2,085 per sq m (£12.90 per sq ft). This represents an increase of 47 per cent
over the previous rent of FRF 595,421 (£56,707).
