CLS AGREES LEASE RENEWAL WITH BRENT COUNCIL
The Directors of CLS Holdings plc are pleased to announce the completion of
their lease renewal with the London Borough of Brent at Brent House in
Wembley.
The new lease is for a period of 7 years from 25 June 2001 and extends to the
whole of the 4,181 sq m (45,000 sq ft) of office space currently occupied by
Brent. The initial rent is £483,760 per annum, £115.70 per sq m (£10.75 per
sq ft), an increase of £79,094 over the previous level of £404,667. The lease
incorporates a fixed uplift at the end of the fifth year to £628,889 per
annum, £150.41 per sq m (£13.98 per sq ft), and is on effective FRI terms.
Executive Chairman, Sten Mortstedt, said:
'We are very pleased with this letting in Wembley which continues our policy
of working with our existing tenants for continued occupation'.
