CLS Holdings PLC 19 February 2002 Release date: 19th February 2002 Embargoed until: 07:00 CLS HOLDINGS PLC ('CLS') INCREASES RENTS The Directors of CLS are pleased to announce increased rental income following two rent reviews and the effects of annual indexation adjustments. At Coombe Hill House, Kingston, CLS has agreed a revised rent of £673,000 per annum (£199 per sq m - £18.50 per sq ft) with effect from 1st May 2001, an increase of £143,000 per annum (27%) above the rent previously payable of £530,000. At Cambridge House, Hammersmith, the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham has agreed to pay £212,312 per annum (£231 per sq m - £21.50 per sq ft) from 29th September 2001, an increase of £108,037 (104%) over the previous rent level of £104,275. Meanwhile both our French and Swedish property portfolios have produced a rise in income with effect from 1st January 2002 as a result of the annual indexation adjustment.
