Transaction in Own Shares & Total Voting Rights

The Directors of CLS are pleased to announce that the Company acquired 165 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 30 November 2011 at a price of 535.50 pence per Ordinary Share.   The purchased Ordinary Shares will be held in treasury.

Following the above transactions the Company now has 44,956,653 Ordinary Shares in issue, excluding 4,800,061 Ordinary Shares held as treasury shares.  Therefore the total number of voting rights in CLS Holdings plc is 44,956,653.
