Director's Shareholding
The Company was notified today that on 27 February 2008 one of George William
Gurry's family trusts (which are declared as share held by George William Gurry
in a non-beneficial capacity) carried out the following transactions: -
Sold 80,000 5p ordinary shares to George William Gurry, personally, at price of
81.5p each.
Transferred 440,000 5p ordinary shares each to Christopher Arthur Gurry (Chief
Executive), Michael Ian Gurry and Tina Mary Rose Dean (total shares transferred
1,320,000).
Following this transaction George William Gurry has 2,769,262 shares
representing 18.53%, Christopher Arthur Gurry has 848,936 shares representing
5.68%, Michael Ian Gurry has 891,081 shares representing 5.98% and Tina Mary
Rose Dean has 812,031 shares representing 5.43% of the Company's issued share
capital that is currently 14,947,626 shares.
