Director's Shareholding

The Company has been notified that Mr Christopher Arthur Gurry, a Director of
the Company,purchased today 3,875 Ordinary 5p Shares at a price of 220p per share.
Following this transaction Mr Gurry now has a beneficial interest in 408,936
Ordinary Shares, representing 2.75% per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
