CML Microsystems Plc (the "Company")

NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

The Company was notified on 18 June 2012 that on 15 June 2012 George William Gurry (Non-executive Chairman) transferred 100,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") to Christopher Arthur Gurry (Chief Executive), 100,000 Ordinary Shares to Michael Ian Gurry and 100,000 Ordinary Shares Tina Mary Rose Dean. The 300,000 Ordinary Shares were transferred at nil consideration.

Following this transaction George William Gurry has 2,371,869 shares representing 15.05%, Christopher Arthur Gurry has 922,874 Ordinary Shares representing 5.85%, Michael Ian Gurry has 981,689 Ordinary Shares representing 6.23% and Tina Mary Rose Dean has 907,331 Ordinary Shares representing 5.76% of the Company's issued share capital that is currently 15,762,341 5p Ordinary Shares.
