CML, which develops mixed-signal, RF and microwave semiconductors for global communications markets, announces that following the distribution of June Gurry's estate, Group Managing Director Chris Gurry has inherited 380,965 ordinary shares of 5p ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company. This has increased his total beneficial holding to 1,289,781 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 8.11% of its issued share capital.
