CML Microsystems Plc ('the Company')
Directors' Share Holdings
The Company was notified on 9 September 2003 that on the same day Mr Nigel G
Clark and Mr Christopher A Gurry, directors of the Company, exercised options
over 20,000 and 15,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') respectively at an exercise price of 147.5p per Ordinary Share. These
options were due to expire on 25 May 2004.
In addition, on 9 September 2003 Mr Clark and Mr Gurry subsequently sold 20,000
and 15,000 Ordinary Shares respectively at a price of 295p per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr Clark's and Mr Gurry's beneficial interests in
the Company's issued ordinary share capital are 109,135 and 405,061
respectively, representing 0.07 per cent. and 0.28 per cent. respectively, of
the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
In addition, Mr Clark and Mr Gurry both have options outstanding over 15,000
Ordinary Shares each all at an exercise price of 292.5p and all exercisable from
14 June 2003 to 13 May 2007.
