CML Microsystems Plc ('the Company')
Director's Shareholding
The Company was notified on 17 March 2005 that on the same day Mr George Gurry,
chairman of the Company, purchased 7,080 Ordinary 5p Shares ('Ordinary Shares')
at a price of 368.5p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction Mr Gurry has
a beneficial interest in 2,689,262 Ordinary Shares representing 18.07 per cent.
of the Company's issued share capital.
In addition, Mr Gurry is interested in 1,700,000 Ordinary Shares held by him as
trustee in a non-beneficial capacity and representing 11.42 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.
