     Disposal of Microsense Systems Limited ('MSL')
                            
                            
Further  to  the announcement made on 3 August  1999  the
Company  is  pleased  to announce the  completion  on  26
August 1999 of the disposal of its 60% holding in MSL  to
Traffic  Signals UK Limited, the group's traffic business
for a nominal fee of £60.

In  the  year ended 31 March 1999, MSL made losses before
tax  of  £559k. At 31 March 1999, MSL had net liabilities
of £537k.
