                     Substantial Shareholder Notification

The Company was notified today by Aerion Fund Management Ltd that the Lattice
Group Pension Scheme (formerly BG Group Pension Scheme) is interested in
550,843 ordinary 5p shares of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') representing
3.77 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The Ordinary Shares are registered in the name of Stargas Nominees Limited.
