Directors' Share Dealings
The Company announces that the following dealings were
undertaken by two directors of the Company on 4 September
2000.
Garth Selvey disposed of 100,000 ordinary shares at 602.5p
per share. In addition he gifted 20,000 shares to Homeless
International, a charity. Following these transactions
Garth Selvey is beneficially interested in 600,000
ordinary shares representing 4.39 per cent. of the current
issued share capital.
On 1 September Paul Clifford exercised warrants over 30,000
ordinary shares and on 4 September sold those shares at 602.5p
per share. Following these transactions Paul Clifford is
beneficially interested in 76,493 ordinary shares
representing 0.56 per cent. of the issued share capital.
In addition Paul Clifford is interested in warrants over
94,240 ordinary shares and share options over 150,000
ordinary shares.
