Notifiable Share Interest

The Company has today received notification from CGNU plc
that  following the merger of CGU plc and  Norwich  Union
plc,  the  notifiable interest held by CGNU plc  and  its
subsidiaries (for the purpose of sections 198  -  202  of
the  Companies  Act  1985) is 2,048,000  ordinary  shares
representing  15 per cent. of the issued  share  capital.
These are registered as follows:

Morely Fund Management Limited                 818,000
Norwich Union Investment Management Limited  1,230,000
