NOTIFIABLE INTEREST

The Company was today notified by CGNU plc under sections 198 to 202 of the
Companies Act 1985, as amended, that Morley Fund Management Limited, a
subsidiary of CGNU, were interested in 1,815,000, giving the CGNU Group a
total percentage interest in the shares of 13.09 per cent.
