                  RECENT PRESS SPECULATION AND SHARE PRICE RISE

The Board of Comino has noted the recent press speculation surrounding the
purchase by Constellation Software Inc. of a 5.91 per cent. shareholding in the
Company, and the recent share price rise.

The Board has also received an unsolicited approach from a UK company.  The
approach is subject to a number of material pre-conditions, including financing,
and may or may not lead to an offer being made for Comino.
