The  Company was notified on 27 April 2001 that under the
Companies  Act  1985,  Prudential Plc  had  a  beneficial
interest  in 575,000 representing 4.16 per cent.  of  the
issued share capital.

These  shares are registered as PRUCLT HSBC  GIS  NOM(UK)
PAC AC.
